
Stevland Morris (ne Judkins, May 13 1950) also known as Stevie Wonder is an American musician and singer. He is usually considered to be pioneers in a range of musical genres such as the blues and rhythm, soul as well as gospel, jazz soul gospel, funk and gospel. The use of synthesizers in the 1970s by Stevie Wonder and other electronic musical instruments led to the creation of R&B a virtual one-man show. He was instrumental in bringing these genres into the album age through LPs that were both coherent and consistently. Wonder was blind since his birth began his Motown label career at the age of 11.
