Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A man has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder in connection to the killing of Terrell Sims. Officers from Columbia Police Department were searching tirelessly for Sims who went missing on Christmas Eve. They arrested Taylor Wardlaw to investigate his murder. According to officials, Eddie Brown (30), is being held for being an accomplice in the murder. Sims is a 26-year-old male, was last seen in Columbia in the early morning of Dec. 20, at Ervin Street. According to the police report, his partner Wardlaw declared Sims missing on the night of Dec. 22. The body was discovered near the creek on Monticello Road Wednesday, and the Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford confirmed the body was the property of Sims. Skip Holbrook, the chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been accused of murder as well having a gun in the accomplice of a violent crime. The police say Sims was fatally shot multiple times.
